Overview of Winners

The Spingarn Alumni Association will award scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year. Since the program's inception, we've awarded almost $200,000 to more than 80+ students.

Leia Stephens, graduating from HD Woodson, Student Government President Leia has been accepted in the School of Design as a degree candidate for their Film and Moving Image Program, at Stevenson University, Ownings Mill, MD.

Aiden Williams, graduating from Phelps ACE, this student athlete will attend Norfolk State University, in Norfolk, VA where he will be majoring in Sports Medicine. His goal is to become a Physical Therapist.

Na’Khari Wood, Senior Class President at Phelps ACE High School, she will attend Kent State University in Kent, OH, where she will be pursuing a BA degree majoring in Fashion Design.
